The speakers are<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Dr. Furqan Qamar<\/strong> is former Professor of Management at the Centre for
    Management Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has served as
    the Secretary General of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU),
    Vice Chancellor of the University of Rajasthan and the Central
    University of Himachal Pradesh. He has also served as Advisor
    (Education) in the Planning Commission of India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Dr. P. K. Abdul Rahiman<\/strong> is Assistant Professor & heads the JBAS Center
    for Islamic Studies, University of Madras. Rahiman is the secretary of
    the teacher’s collective, a progressive, secular and democratic
    teachers’ association of the University of Madras and is a member of
    the Committee for Protection of Democratic Rights (CPDR-TN).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Dr. Sudhanshu Bhushan<\/strong> is Professor and Head of the Department of Higher
    & Professional Education in the National University of Educational
    Planning and Administration (NUEPA). He specializes in
    Internationalisation of Higher Education, Policy issues in Higher
